What I collect

• When you book a consultation: your name, email, optional phone number and country, your time zone, preferred language, the service you're interested in and any note you choose to add.
• When you send a message: your name, email, subject and message.
• When you join the newsletter: your email, optional first name, language, and a record of your consent.
• When you browse: only with your consent, anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, approximate country) through analytics cookies.

Please don't send detailed health information through the website. We can talk about what you're going through privately, in your session.

Why I use it

• To arrange, confirm, remind you of and manage your consultation (necessary to provide the service you asked for).
• To reply to your messages (your request).
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (your consent to analytics cookies).

Who helps me run the website

Your information is processed only by these services, each for the purpose listed:

• Hostinger: website hosting and file storage.
• Neon: the database that stores bookings, messages and subscriptions (servers in London, United Kingdom).
• Google: Calendar and Meet for your consultation; Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Resend: booking confirmations and reminders by email.
• Brevo: the newsletter.
• Meta: advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies.

Some of these services store data outside Jordan. They are bound by their own data-protection terms. I never sell your information.

How long I keep it

Booking records are kept for and then deleted. Messages are deleted once they're no longer needed. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used, by writing to. Every newsletter email includes a link to unsubscribe in one click.
