These terms apply when you use this website or book a session with Ghina Saad. By booking, you agree to them.

Consultations and sessions

• The first 20-minute consultation is. It is a conversation to see which kind of support fits you, not a therapy session.
• Sessions take place on Google Meet.
• Fees are shared during your consultation and agreed before your first paid session.

Rescheduling and cancelling

• You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email, up to hours before the start time.
• For later changes, please send a message.
• If I ever need to move a session, I'll tell you as early as possible and offer another time.

Confidentiality

What you share is kept confidential, within the ethical and legal limits that protect your safety and the safety of others: for example, if someone is at serious risk of harm.

What the services are, and are not

Coaching, music therapy, music lessons and biblical counselling support your well-being. They are not a medical service and do not replace a doctor or psychiatrist. They are not an emergency service. Please read the disclaimer.
